Turkey and Hummus Wrap

Lean turkey and chickpea hummus pair protein with fiber, so lunch fills you up without the afternoon slump.

Wrap it in the morning and it travels — the carrot sticks and orange ride alongside as the side.

Ingredients

  • whole-wheat tortilla1
  • sliced turkey breast3 oz (85 g)
  • hummus2 tbsp (30 g)
  • lettuce and tomato1 handful
  • carrot sticks1 cup (130 g)
  • orange1 small

Directions

  1. 1

Spread the hummus over the tortilla, leaving a border around the edge.

  2. 2

Layer the turkey, lettuce, and tomato down the center.

  3. 3

Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly, then cut it in half.

  4. 4

Serve with the carrot sticks and orange.

Tips

  • ✓Pack the fruit separately so the wrap does not get soggy by lunch.
  • ✓Any deli meat works — turkey breast keeps the protein high and the fat low.
