Greek Yogurt Protein Bowl

At more than 50 grams of protein, this is the breakfast our highest-protein plans rotate in when muscle support is the priority.

Plain Greek yogurt carries the calcium, a scoop of whey lifts the protein, and berries and almonds round out fiber and healthy fat.

Ingredients

  • plain nonfat Greek yogurt1 cup (230 g)
  • vanilla whey protein1 scoop (30 g)
  • mixed berries3/4 cup (110 g)
  • sliced almonds2 tbsp (14 g)

Directions

  1. 1

Stir the whey protein into the Greek yogurt until smooth.

  2. 2

Spoon the mixture into a bowl and smooth the surface.

  3. 3

Top with the berries and sliced almonds.
